Bright colours and patterns have also had a renaissance, with more people opting to go for what feels right, as opposed to the more subdued bathroom designs they see in magazines.
Robertshaw continues: “The Union Jack is a design that’s appeared over and over again in popular culture but it’s become more fashionable, and more importantly, affordable, in the wake of the marriage of Kate Middleton and Prince William, because so many people want to show their support for the Royal wedding.
