In recognition of a changing business environment, P.A. Staffing Service has changed its name to Parallel employment Group to reflect the core services it provides to its clients. Contract staffing is still a key component of Parallel Employment Group’s business, but in the last decade, the range of services it provides to its clients has grown reflecting the change in the market place.
Today Parallel Employment Group provides workforce/facility management that includes integrated technology for payroll & reporting, safety training & evaluation, and workflow specific orientations and testing. They also have seen their market share increase in the area of professional & direct hire recruiting which will be a point of emphasis in the future.
The ownership and management group remains the same & are proud of everything they accomplished as P.A Staffing Service. The name change is a reflection of the commitment to move forward and adapting to ensure the needs of all clients are satisfied today and tomorrow. We understand that the growth of our business partners will depend as much on our expertise in all areas of employment as our ability to recruit & place qualified candidates.
The new economy demands that we ensure our current & future clients can operate as efficiently as possible in all aspects of employment related issues. We move forward with an understanding that we must not be simply a staffing company, but an employment resource.
