Over 87 percent of sellers conducted transactions using the assistance of a real estate professional in 2005. In this increasingly competitive market choosing a real estate professional is becoming more difficult. At FlexibleAgents.com home sellers can view up to six pre-screened real estate professionals. From those six, they can choose up to three agents (based on agent experience and a video profile) to come to their home and give a listing presentation.

Connecting Sellers and Agents

To schedule presentations online the home seller needs to enter basic information describing their home, this allows the real estate agent to complete a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA). Next, the homeowner enters contact information so the real estate agents can call/email to confirm the appointment. Third, the home seller chooses which agents they want to present, and what time and day they would like the listing presentations.

All real estate agents that are members of FlexibleAgents must have at least 3 years full-time experience in real estate. In addition, they must meet these requirements: a minimum of $ 2 million in sales closed in the last year, be in good standing with their State Department of Real Estate, and be a member of national, state, and local board of Realtors®, adhering to their strict code of ethics.
